With over a decade of hands-on experience in the yacht industry, I’ve built my career around helping boat owners get the most from their vessels — without the stress. My journey began at Aquila Power Catamarans, where I spent more than 10 years honing my skills and contributing to the brand’s growth through hard work — whether at the helm, deep in bilges, abroad in foreign shipyards, or behind a desk supporting global operations.

During my time with Aquila, I worked closely with MarineMax, supporting everything from commissioning and owner training to long-term service programs. While much of my role was behind the scenes, I also had opportunities to work directly with owners — something I found especially rewarding.

From there, I transitioned to Yacht Management Specialist, and later Service Manager, at MarineMax, overseeing large-scale service operations and providing technical support across a broad range of vessels.

Now, as the owner of RW Marine Solutions, I offer personalized yacht management services with a focus on monthly maintenance, technical inspections, and captain services. I specialize in Aquila catamarans and other vessels ranging from 30 to 120 feet, delivering expert-level care in electrical systems, mechanical diagnostics, navigation electronics, and full systems integration.
